The extensive experience and proven management capabilities of the Englander Group led to the initiation of a high-quality and significant project, which will constitute the new urban center of Afula in the future. The company manages the project and carries out all the rezoning procedures and submission of the plans to the District Committee, with the aim of achieving an improvement in the value of the land while bringing significant value to the company and its partners.
